Shepherd, Harvey & Associates, Inc. is a consulting engineering firm established in the year 2000. Our offices are located in Duluth, Georgia.
The firm offers comprehensive engineering services including general consulting, master planning, project management, design, and construction administration embracing the disciplines of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection. For over 22 years our personnel have built a strong presence for quality design services in the southeast region of the United States and beyond.
We maintain professional registrations to practice engineering in over thirty states. Our Council Records with NCEES allow us to become registered in other states in a reduced timeframe.
We have a personal approach to engineering services that includes the participation of a principal through all phases of every project, from beginning to end. The principals of the firm combine to have over 60 years of experience in traditional consulting services, as well as over 10 years of experience in the mechanical contracting business. Shepherd, Harvey & Associates, Inc.’s diversified experience allows us to offer knowledgeable, practical, cost effective design solutions for a wide variety of project types. We also have extensive experience teaming up with select contractors to provide design-build services.
