Jim Harvey – Founding Principal
Jim is founding principal of Shepherd, Harvey & Assoc., Inc. and an expert in mechanical and plumbing engineering, medical gas engineering, project management, and design leadership for a wide range of facilities.
He is responsible for construction documents, project management, construction administration, and director of I.T. for the firm.
Jim has over 30 years of experience in the consulting engineering field as well as 10 years of experience in the mechanical contracting business, dating back to 1978.
Registration: Georgia Class II Mechanical Contractor, Unrestricted.
Extensive experience in all types of medical facilities including hospitals, ambulatory surgery, medical office, radiology and cancer treatment.

Scot Shepherd – Principal
Scot Shepherd is a principal of Shepherd, Harvey & Assoc., Inc and an expert in mechanical and plumbing engineering, project management, and design leadership for a wide range of facilities.
He is responsible for construction documents, project management, and construction administration.
Scot has over 15 years of experience in the consulting engineering field. He has participated in and/or managed the design of 1000’s of projects over the years.

Ryan Sullivan, P.E. – Principal
Ryan is a partner in the firm and an authority in the design and construction administration of both Mechanical and Plumbing systems for a wide range of facilities including medical, food service, industrial, and assisted living.
As the mechanical engineer of record, he is responsible for the Mechanical and Plumbing design for all projects, the implementation of design and quality control standards, involvement in marketing efforts, and project management of select projects.
Ryan has over 15 years of experience in the consulting engineering field, all at Shepherd, Harvey and Associates and has worked on over 1000 projects.

Richard Touch, P.E. – Associate
Richard is a partner and electrical engineer in the firm with experience in design of power distribution, lighting, and low voltage systems, project management, and design leadership for a wide range of facilities.
Prior to joining Shepherd, Harvey & Associates, he was responsible for the electrical design and construction administration for all projects, the implementation of design and quality control standards, and project management of select projects.
Over 30 years of experience in the consulting engineering field or over 2000 projects in the state of Georgia and throughout the United States, many of which serving as the engineer of record.

Brad is a founding principal of Shepherd, Harvey & Assoc., Inc. and an expert in mechanical engineering systems selection and planning, project management, and design leadership for a wide range of facilities.
As managing partner he is responsible for the design and construction administration for all projects, the implementation of design and quality control standards, direction of all marketing efforts, and project management of select projects.
Brad has over 23 years of experience in the consulting engineering field and supervision of engineering work for over 1000 projects, dating back to 1984.
